Welcome to Mentor! Mentor is a platform designed to connect professionals and clients for video and in-person consultations. By using our app, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2.⁠ ⁠Definitions

• User: Any individual who uses the Mentor app, including Professionals and Clients.

• Professional: A user who offers services on Mentor. • Client: A user who books services on Mentor.

• Service: Any consultation or assistance provided through Mentor.

• Subscription Fee: Fees paid by Professionals for subscription plans on Mentor.

3.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mentor. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and will comply with all applicable laws.

4.⁠ ⁠Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.  

5.⁠ ⁠Service Usage

• Mentor facilitates connections between Professionals and Clients but does not provide services directly.

• Video consultation fees may be credited toward in-person visits at the Professional’s discretion.

6.⁠ ⁠Subscription

Plans Professionals may purchase subscription plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

• Mentor uses third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms when processing payments.

• All fees must be paid in full before a service is confirmed.

8. Dispute Resolution

We encourage Users to resolve disputes independently. Mentor may assist but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

9.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Mentor is not liable for the quality of services provided by Professionals or any damages resulting from the use of the app.

10.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All app content, logos, and branding are owned by Mentor. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

11.⁠ ⁠Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Users may also deactivate their accounts through the app.

12.⁠ ⁠Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

13.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
